UAE off-plan handover pipeline

2,767 of the 2,962 tracked off-plan projects carry a published completion date from 2026 to 2030, holding 52,073 priced unit records between them. 2027 is the heaviest year with 880 projects scheduled, which is 32% of the whole 2026 to 2030 pipeline.

Price runs with the calendar rather than against it. The 2026 cohort asks a median AED 1,673 per sqft and the 2030 cohort AED 2,499, against AED 2,008 across the whole book. Later years are newer launches at newer prices, and the cheap end of an earlier year has already sold: 57% of the 2026 cohort is listed as sold out, against 17% for 2030.
