Privacy notice
The short version: you can read every free page on this site without giving us anything, and we do not track you around the internet. The longer version is below, and it is short too.
What we collect
- Nothing, if you only read. Browsing the community and developer pages requires no account, no email and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
- Your email address, if you buy something. You give it to Stripe at checkout so we can send you the download link or manage your subscription. We receive the address, the fact that the payment succeeded, the product, and the country Stripe recorded for tax. We use the address to deliver what you bought and to contact you about it.
- Ordinary server logs. Our host records the requests that reach the site, which includes IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser user agent. These exist so the site can be operated and abuse can be detected. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
- No card details, ever. Card data goes straight to Stripe. It never touches our servers, so we cannot store it, leak it or be asked for it.
- No advertising trackers. No pixels, no remarketing tags, no social network scripts, no third party advertising of any kind.
- No analytics cookies at launch. We do not set cookies to measure you. If we later add analytics, it will be a privacy-preserving, cookie-free one, and this page will say so before it goes live.
- No selling or sharing. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing, and we never will.
Who processes data for us

Each of them has its own privacy notice covering what it does with data as a processor for us. We do not add any other third party service to a page without updating this table first.
How long we keep things
Purchase records, including your email address and what you bought, are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax, which in practice means several years. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated away by the host. If you cancel a subscription we keep the record of the account for the same accounting reason, and stop using the address for anything else.
Your choices
Write to hello@offplanindex.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion, and we will do it. We may have to keep the bare purchase record where the law requires it for accounting, and we will say so if that applies.
We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it. If we ever do, every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Where this applies
OffplanIndex operates from the United Arab Emirates, and this notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Our providers process data on infrastructure outside the UAE, which means your data may be handled in other countries under the safeguards those providers publish.
If we change how any of this works, we change this page and the date at the top of it. The terms and the data policy sit alongside this notice.
