Developer portal

Your projects already have a page here. Put a person on it.

OffplanIndex builds a page for every off-plan project it tracks, from developer inventories and public listings, whether or not the developer has ever signed in. Claiming a project does not change that page’s price, payment plan or handover data, all of which stay computed from the published record the same way for every project. What a claim adds is a person: your sales rep’s name, title, phone, WhatsApp and email, shown on the page so a reader dealing with that specific project reaches your team rather than a generic enquiry form.

One account, your own projects

What you can correct

Sign in, claim a project by the id in its OffplanIndex URL, and assign it a rep from your team. That rep card, name, title, phone, WhatsApp and email, appears on the public project page as soon as the claim is marked active. You can add an availability note, claim as many of your own projects as apply, and hand the account to more than one person on your sales team.

You cannot edit the price, the payment plan or the handover date on a project page. Those figures come from the same merged corpus and the same method for every developer, claimed or not, because that consistency is the entire basis of the benchmark. A claim is a contact, not an edit.

Stated once, so nobody is surprised later

What keeps it live

A claim carries a freshness window. Update it inside that window and the rep card shows as current; let it run past due and the page starts showing it as unverified before dropping it. Stale listings lose the spot automatically, the same rule for every account, because a dead phone number on a live page is worse than no contact at all.

Claiming a project takes one email. Write to hello@offplanindex.com from your company address with the project names or ids and the best contact for the rep who should show on each page, and we set up the account.
