Editions and method

Each edition is the state of the corpus at its read date: a read in a new month adds an edition, a second read in the same month replaces that month’s figures. The series: July 2026.

Figures are derived from developer-published asking prices for the units we track, never from registered sales, and each carries the count it rests on. Delivered buildings and duplicate groups are excluded by the same publish gate as every page on the site. Methodology. The full tables, as CSV and JSON, are the data licence; the quarter’s book as a PDF is the report.
