Compare UAE emirates

Cheaper per square foot does not mean a cheaper home, and the UAE proves it twice over. Abu Dhabi sits close to Dubai on price per sqft and roughly double it on the median ticket, because it sells twice the floor area. Ras Al Khaimah asks more per sqft than Dubai outright. Each page below settles one of those questions on a single table instead of two browser tabs.

All 6 benchmarked emirates are covered, which is 15 comparisons: price per sqft and the spread around it, unit size and ticket, booking deposit and how much falls due before keys, how concentrated the book is, and when it is scheduled to hand over.

Chips carry the other emirate's median AED per sqft, against Dubai's 2,021. An emirate median is computed over whatever is published there, so a thin book with one large waterfront scheme reads as a market level when it is closer to a single project decision. Al Ain and Fujairah fall below the 20 project floor and have no benchmark page. See the methodology and the outside-Dubai note. Not investment advice.
